I still have my childhood illusions intact for this movie, it scared me so much back then I only ever saw it once and judging by the trailer I think I know why The Gate
had such an impact on me, the special effects look amazing, especially for a film released in 1987.The Gate imdb.
Plus it accurately portrayed the dangers of metal music.

The Gate has supposed to have some pretty awful metal in it, part of the movie I can't remember myself.

ReplyDeleteIf it's something like Japanese Grindcore (trying to scream with a high voice) than I can believe that it's awful :D
