Maybe it's the heat, but I'm finding it really difficult to find my blogging flow lately, I'm concentrating on to much and as a result I get nothing done. I don't feel like I'm in the game like I used to be when it comes to the paranormal, news popped up back then and I was right on it, now I'm days late to blog it. I know I'm spreading myself thin, I run other blogs as well which takes up a good amount of time, though they're in really bad shape compared to Paranormal Activities
I'm just ranting here for my own sake, I should be getting this down on paper, but then again, maybe if I blog it I'll stick to it.
Original Content:
-Well, I've got loads more plane videos, very easy to get online.
-Expose myself on youtube, get your mind out of the gutter, get a vlog going.
-Film local haunts, tell the stories, day time, night vision sucks.
-Living off the land Kiwi Style, Bush Craft videos. Put together a list of topics, mostly wild foods, edit what I've got.
-Short movie, write script, gather props.
-Comic strip, get designs on computer, write a middle and an end lol.
Time management and other content
-Paranormal Activities is now my main focus, blog what I'd blog on my other blogs here, when they fit.
-Bulk bookmark timeless news, videos and content for scheduled blogging once a week.
-Blog timely news, videos and content soon as.
-Incorporate my time wasting internet activity into P.A, maybe a weekly post of what I enjoyed online during the week.
-make time for editing, uploading, filming, drawing.
Promotion

You'd think adding a poll to wordpress would be much easier, at this time of the night it ain't, need to look into it when I'm fresher.
Hmm, was good to get that all out, let me now what y'all think, I'm always up for a good critique.
I feel I need to come clean here. I have been taking pictures of airplanes with my 700mm lens since the summer. There is no reason for this. It's a compulsion I can't control.

It's not you Rand it's the blogs, mainstream and websites. In regard to the paranormal it's dead as a door nail, it's not you.
ReplyDeleteI'm grasping for articles so much so that I'm having to surf Google Blog search, which is dangerous virus/trojan wise. I'm having to do it anyway because the stories are few and far between.
Typically I'll post 10-15 paranormal oriented links each day not counting pictures but I'm lucky to find 3 or 4 and this has been going on for about two weeks.
I can tell you what picks it up is the same thing that picks up UFO/alien action, which will be when the Ghost Hunters are back on. When the UFO Hunters came back on in their new season everything shot up.
So kick back and take advantage of the lull. It happens a couple of times a year so I'm surprised you didn't remember that.
In other words, if there was juicy out there you would be taking advantage of it but because there isn't your procrastinating in other areas. So procrastinate away and get other things done for as long as you can because juicy is due to pop back in soon. lol
ReplyDeleteHey GL I'm on the same buzz, I sit outside wait for planes to fly over, film it and wait for the next one, just can't get enough. I think one of my goals with it is to capture people on the planes.
ReplyDeleteAtrueoriginall I know what you mean, there just hasn't been anything Earth shattering of late. I do remember the quiet times, they get me down, but waking up to something special is always worth the wait. More than anything it's my other non paranormal related blogs that are hindering me, there are other topics I'd like to post on P.A but because I have separate blogs related to the topics I never end up posting them here, but that's gonna change.

Im a wicked camp fire story teller and always looking for really creepy ideas. Plus I enjoy the chills myself when something rarely gets me. Ive seen your requests for more paranormel bloggers to join you here and sorry I have not submited all my findings here. there was one time you and I spent a hour hunting a wicked vid and nither of us saved it to feature here. (the news reporters at the womans house while some polterguist is banging on the walls) it never got a spot light here.

I wish I had a wicked camera like you have been talking about lately here. I could very easy produce a show usen a team of US Iowa white trash to invoke the spirits . kinda like ghosthunters meets Jackass.. G.I.L.F's Ghosts I like to ...ya know just to invoke the spirits from the local urban legends and try to upset the ghosts into actuly showing themselves.
but please keep this site running so if anyone else profits from my idea before I can sacrifice some poor souls over a good camera I can take em to court and have proof from here.

ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about calling the ghosts out, quite a few teams on youtube that do it like that, call the ghosts wussies and such. Lol love the G.I.L.Fs. The camera I've got is mint, but it is actually pretty shitty at night, I need a spot light or bigger IR thingy or something for it, then I'd be able to rock. Considering this angle, the best ghost photos around are usual taken in the day, so why aren't there more day time ghost videos? that's the angle I want to take, ghost hunting in broad daylight with nothing left lurking in the shadows.
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure I still have that video we were looking for bookmarked, I wanted to do more research on it, but most of the info about it was in French and I guess I just forgot about it.
I ain't going no where, PA is my main focus now, well, my only focus.
